Basically, when you judge another person, you’re essentially judging yourself.

Just Because Someone LOOKS Happy, Doesn’t Mean They Truly ARE Happy
Regardless of any differences people have, we all experience tough circumstances in some shape or form… and at some point in life.
Obviously someone who was born into wealth will most likely never live paycheck to paycheck. The same goes for someone who was raised by a family into fitness and healthy eating – that person will likely never struggle with weight issues.
When you look at these situations in comparison to someone who grew up in a poverty stricken neighborhood, you may think life has given that person an unfair path. Well, I beg to differ! The person raised in poverty probably has many blessings that the wealthy person doesn’t.
For example, if the wealthy person is miserable on the inside and has no relationship with any of their family members, do you think that person is really going to be happy?
The exact opposite may be true for the person raised in poverty. If the person has a tight connection to their family and loves them self inside out, they will likely be happy despite their struggle with poverty.
When you feel that life sucks and you’re never gonna’ get ahead, I invite you to take a deep, long look at your self. Not who you think you are but who you truly are authentically.

Resisting The Resistance – Don’t Be Full Of Shit!
We all experience the same ups and downs of life – obviously in different ways. If you constantly feel like you are walking an uphill path, you’re probably fighting the streams of life.

Simple – Shit Happens!
Unfortunately, as much as we expect them to, things don’t always go our way. Shit can happen at any time and the most effective thing you can do is to be okay with shit happening.
When you resist your life struggles, its like walking against the shit stream. Not only will you get nowhere, but you will eventually be full of shit! When you start accepting your life struggles, an opportunity for transforming the struggles becomes available.
What you resist persists, so the more you resist the shit stream, the more you spread the shit to other areas of your life. In order to stop the shit stream, you must get out of your own way.
